A: It is wise to be wary of anybody who claims to have a high recovery rate with their system. In fact, it's important to ask for data to back their claims. The only true definition of success is total abstinence combined with a spiritually based program, one day at a time, for the rest of one's life. This also includes a relatively happy life with little or no desire to ever use again. Unfortunately, most people who have this affliction do not even come close to this level of success, this includes individuals who have been exposed to some level of treatment.
